What are Tarot Cards?
Tarot Cards date back to the 15th Century. The oldest surviving tarot deck, Visconte Sforza, was created for a wealthy family, namely the noble Visconti-Sforza Family who ruled Milan, Italy to play games with. As the 18th century approached, they began to be used for divination purposes.
Tarot cards are a divination tool, they are used to interpret situations
which give you a chance to reflect on your life circumstances enabling you to be more empowered and informed in your decision making.
A Little About Myself
​I'm a Mum, Dog lover, Certified Tarot Coach, Reiki Master Practitioner, On Air Presenter, Life Coach and lover of life.
For many years I worked as an Independent Holistic Therapist and within the NHS Trust.
As an Intuitive Tarot Card Reader I have had the privilege of studying under the world renowned Psychic/Medium/Tarot Coach, Richard Knight and Doreen Virtue. My reading style is very relaxed and informal, ethical and positive helping you to clarify the present so you can get a better sense of how to move forward in the future. I also use my Pendulum that gives a simple “yes” or “no” answer that works well alongside my use of cards. For me, my gift is extremely rewarding and I am very grateful to be able use my natural gifts to uplift and inspire, help guide, heal and teach while providing information that will help you on your life path.
I've been a Reiki Master Practitioner for over 10 years and I have seen Reiki have a positive impact on many lives including my own. My aim is to help you move towards balance and wholeness by using a simple relaxation technique which activates the body's natural healing response. I treat people who are struggling with their wellness for example individuals who have an inability to fall asleep, an inability to stay asleep, anxiety, stress, depression and lethargy to name a few. All who give credit to receiving Reiki Healing from myself.

What is Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch using the hands.
Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy imbalances can lead to illness.
Reiki aims to help the flow of energy and rebalance energy in a similar way to other complementary therapies such as acupuncture. By improving the flow of energy around the body, Reiki promotes relaxation, can help relieve pain, increases healing, and can reduce other symptoms of illness.
What is Distance Reiki
Distance Reiki works exactly the same way as it would do if you were on my reiki couch. As a Reiki Practitioner I would connect with you through intention and visualisation and send healing energy to you.
This healing energy can be received regardless of distance and location. Distance Reiki healing works on the principle that everything in the universe is made up of energy and because energy is not bound by time or space it can be transmitted across distance.
To make it more even more amazing the benefits are exactly the same and all in the comfort of your own home.
