Terms & Conditions By booking the services of Jennie Tarot you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions of use. You further certify that you are at least 18 years of age. PAYMENT POLICY 1) All readings and services are to be booked and paid before via paypal or bank transfer 2) 24 hour notice is required to reschedule 1:1 Tarot Readings, Reiki Sessions, and Angelic Healing sessions. If notice is not received in 24 hours prior to scheduled time, fee will not be refunded. 3) Rescheduling will be allowed once (if done in the 24 hour policy time frame). Loss of purchased fee will occur if unable to attend rescheduled time. 4) Late arrival. Your scheduled time will end at the time it was scheduled for. Example: if you are 10 minutes late for 30 minute session, you will only receive a 20 minute session. After 10 minutes, it will be considered a NO SHOW and no refund will be given. 5) Email readings will be completed within 72 hours of booking/payment. Jennie Tarot is not responsible for emails that are not delivered or lost due to network or system issues. ALWAYS check your spam folder. 6) NO refunds are given on readings or services Jennie Tarot provide, for any reason. SERVICE AGREEMENT: You will be paying for a "service" not "goods". You are paying for my knowledge, experience, insights, foresight, and my time. I set aside this time for you. I do my very best to respect your time and I ask that you do the same. Jennie Tarot reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
